After 17 years in The City working in the financial sector I have learnt to appreciate, value and understand the importance and benefits of self-care and life balance. Using my past experience, and now that I am a qualified hypnotherapist, I am here to help you with your life's challenges and to bring a sense of calm to you.
I am registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society and, based in Sevenoaks, I can provide in-person and online therapy sessions.

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that deals with the subconscious mind.
